Description

Wraymead Place is a popular and highly regarded retirement development, with lift access to all floors and a communal sitting room for residents to enjoy.  This apartment is offered to the market with no onward chain.

The accommodation comprises a bright, open plan sitting/dining room (the dining room was originally a further bedroom and could be reinstated), giving ample space for both a sitting and seperate dining area.   A feature fireplace creates a focal point to the room and double doors to a Juliet balcony allow in plenty of light.   The kitchen is set back from the sitting room and has been fitted with a range of cabinets and space for appliances.

The bedroom is well proportioned and has a range of fitted wardrobes with mirrored doors, the master bedroom has the benefit of an ensuite shower room.   There is a further bathroom and large storage cupboard in the hallway.

Outside

There is parking in the residents car park and communal grounds to the rear of the development.
