Robert Leech – Director

Robert started in a large West End commercial agency over 50 years ago, before moving on to a long established Purley based residential agency where he was taken into the partnership when he was just 24. He was instrumental in growing the firm until it was sold to the Northern Rock in the late 1980’s. After two years as sales director, he acquired the Oxted office to open Robert Leech and Partners in 1989. Outside of work he enjoys walking his dog and will still take every opportunity to go skiing.

Wendi Leech – Director

Wendi Leech joined the company some 20 years ago following a career change. She heads the Land and New Homes department based in Reigate together with assisting in the general running of the business. Married to Robert Leech.

Craig Custance – Associate Director

Craig has over 12 years of experience in residential sales having started his career in the busy markets of South West London. He has always endeavoured to provide exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships by maintaining regular contact with his clients. Craig is married with two children and in his spare time he enjoys playing golf and cooking.

Paul Dixon – Private Estates

Paul joined Robert Leech in 1993 to set up and run the Country House & Equestrian Estates division of the business. Formally Paul was Director of a national estate agency chain and he is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is married with a daughter and son. In his spare time he is well known for conducting high profile charity auctions, having worked on behalf of International organisations.

Emma West – Sales Manager

Emma is Reigate born and bred, a former Micklefield school girl many years ago! Emma has now raised her own family locally – a testament to her opinion of Reigate and resulting in an excellent local knowledge everything from schools to rugby clubs. She started her life with Robert Leech in 2005 and has always been an integral part of the friendly, yet tenacious Reigate team.

Jessica Holdship

Jessica started her estate agency journey in 2022, where she worked for an independent agency based in Buckinghamshire working in both sales and lettings. In Jessica’s spare time she can often be found on a cricket pitch or practising her golf swing at the driving range.

Lisa Perowne

With a strong background in HR, Lisa brings exceptional organisational skills and a personable approach to her role as an agent. She has a passion for property and an outstanding knowledge of the local area. Lisa’s attention to detail ensures that every part of the sales process is handled efficiently and smoothly. As a mother of three young boys, she has mastered the art of multitasking and problem-solving, always maintaining a positive attitude no matter the challenge.

Colin Barwick – Land & New Homes

Colin set up his own Estate Agency in Warlingham in the mid 1980’s which he successfully operated for nearly 30 years after which, he focused on Land and New Homes, identifying potential development opportunities and providing developers with bespoke marketing services in the area of North East Surrey. During this time, he established a close working relationship with many excellent house builders. He joined Robert Leech Land and New Homes at the beginning of June, to assist the existing team in growing the already busy new homes department. With the aim to expand the geographical area in which we operate and provide our developer clients with first class marketing services as well as identifying new opportunities.

James Chapman – Sales Manager

James is a results driven property professional with a passion for residential property investment. With over 13 years of experience in the industry and possesses a deep understanding of the entire journey, including property valuation market analysis and asset management.

James is a skilled communicator and is able to work effectively with all stakeholders involved in the transaction. In his spare time James enjoys spending time with his family, cooking and country pursuits.

Chrissie Doyle – Senior Sales Negotiator

Chrissie started her estate agency career in 1982 working in managerial roles throughout London and Surrey, more recently working in Oxted for the past 20 years. Looking for a new challenge Chrissie was delighted to have joined in Robert Leech in 2019 as Senior Sales Negotiator.She enjoys meeting clients and conducting viewings and has a great enthusiasm for selling properties both new and established. In her spare time she enjoys walking her golden retriever, regularly going to the cinema and enjoying ski-ing holidays.

Kelly Ward – Senior Sales Negotiator

Following on from a successful career in advertising sales Kelly’s career moved on to property and has previously been a Branch Manager for an agents in Kent. Her forte is to help applicants find the right home and consider properties that they may have dismissed. She is delighted to be able to bring her vast sales experience to the vendors and buyers to Robert Leech Oxted. In her spare time you will find her blending spices and creating numerous curry dishes from around the world and trying to stop the family cocker spaniel, Fudge eating the results.

James Rowsell – Sales Manager

Formally a Partner at a large independent estate agents covering Surrey and Hampshire, James has brought a wealth of knowledge, expertise and experience in residential sales to the growing Lingfield team. Having a background in managing Customer Service teams across various sectors in his early career, communication and service is at the very core of everything James does and he likes nothing more than getting the very best results for his clients. If not working or ferrying his daughter around at the weekend, you might see him mountain biking across the Surrey Hills.

Carol Scott – Senior Sales Negotiator

Carol’s sales career started 30 years ago in the world of magazine publishing working on business to business, trade publications. A move into estate agency is the perfect fit for her sales skills and her passion to help people. Outside of work Carol enjoys socialising with friends and family, yoga, long walks with her dog, and taking on a trekking challenge. She has been known to scale the odd mountain and has taken part in marathon treks to raise money for charity.

Christine Taylor – Senior Sales Negotiator

Christine is one of Robert Leech’s longest serving members of staff and has worked across many of our offices in both sales and lettings. As of 2023, she is brining her property expertise and extensive local knowledge to the Lingfield office, working along side James and Carol.

In Christine’s spare time she loves to travel and has travelled throughout Europe and beyond.

Lydia Coleman – Land & New Homes

Lydia joined Robert Leech Estate Agents in 2021 and brought with her a wealth of experience built up over the previous 10 years specialising in the area of land and new homes. Lydia’s early career working in senior marketing roles for international luxury brands, has allowed her to draw on her skills to work creatively with our in-house marketing team to effectively market new homes. In addition, Lydia is a key contributor to identifying potential new development sites and works closely with established builders throughout the whole house building process.

Charlotte Simons – Marketing

Charlotte started her marketing career in professional services working for a magic circle law firm and one of the big 4 accounting firms. Having always had a passion for graphic design in 2002 Charlotte decided to retrain at London College of Printing and started working as a freelance designer building up a client base focused on the property sector. Charlotte joined Robert Leech in April 2014 as marketing and design executive bringing the different aspects of her expertise together.

Jonathan Bennett – Lettings Manager

With six years’ experience in facilities management and now into his sixth year in the lettings industry, Jonathan is the most recent member of the Robert Leech team and heads-up our superb Lettings Department. Covering Reigate, Oxted, Lingfield and beyond, Jonathan has always lived within the Surrey Downs region and takes great pride in all that the Southeast of England has to offer. A keen photographer and a vintage watch enthusiast, his love for property and his passion for outstanding customer service are in equal measure.

Kerri Glassey – Property Manager

Kerri started her career in property in 2005 as a Sales Negotiator and then moved to the lettings side of the business and worked on property management and finally inventories & deposits manager. Kerri then continued her career at a referencing company were she worked at management level for 9 years before joining Robert Leech in March last year.

In Kerri’s spare time she enjoys spending time socialising with friends and travelling back home to Liverpool to spend time with family.

Katie Parsonage – Mortgage Adviser

Katie Parsonage is the mortgage adviser at Robert Leech and has over 25 years experience and works with Mortgage Advice Bureau. She has lived in Reigate for 20 years, is married to Rob and has 2 children. Katie deals with over 90 lenders to find the right one for your circumstances and needs – some of these schemes cannot be found on the high street and are exclusive to Mortgage Advice Bureau. Outside work, Katie loves all water sports, fitness classes and holidays.
