‘This apartment is incredible – quite unlike anything we’ve ever lived in before, with views for miles, high ceilings, lots of space and unbelievable storage. It’s so well located for airports, getting into London, and beautiful countryside. It has a great community of neighbours of all ages, and is pet and children friendly, with huge gardens for letting off steam. The service charge covers the upkeep, including weekly gardeners. The broadband is really fast – works perfectly for two of us working from home and being on video calls. We have enjoyed amazing weekends visiting all the local National Trust properties, vineyards, and doing long walks in the Surrey AONB. There are great country roads for cycling around, and excellent farm shops (Flower Farm and Priory Farm) within a few mins drive, as well as some really good country pubs around, and restaurants in Oxted, which also has all you need in terms of shops. We commute from Redhill as there are many trains, and it’s a cheap taxi back if you’re out late. An amazing place if you want the access to the big city, but also the calmness of the countryside.’
