Lydia Coleman – New Homes
Lydia joined Robert Leech Estate Agents in 2021 and brought with her a wealth of experience built up over the previous 10 years specialising in the area of land and new homes. Lydia’s early career working in senior marketing roles for international luxury brands, has allowed her to draw on her skills to work creatively with our in-house marketing team to effectively market new homes. In addition, Lydia is a key contributor to identifying potential new development sites and works closely with established builders throughout the whole house building process.

With over 21 years experience in the Surrey property market, Emma brings a wealth of expertise to the Private Estates team. Emma excels in client liaison and is a tenacious yet compassionate negotiator. Born and raised in Reigate and the surrounding villages, Emma’s enviable network of contacts combined with her encyclopaedic knowledge of the area makes her a formidable force.
